This mentoring is for one early career principal or new leader. Each session is 1 hour in duration, delivered online via Zoom or Teams. Some topics this mentoring could cover include: staff underperformance, dealing with conflict, and getting buy-in to new initiatives. Mentoring packages are valid for 12 months. Your guide will email to set up the first session.

This 3-hour workshop is for a leadership group of up to 5 staff members and can be done in-person or online. The workshop is designed to form a new team based on shared understanding and commitment to working together. Leadership Formation is an important investment in building trust and clarity within a new team and to mitigate against issues such as miscommunication, competing priorities and workplace tension. Follow-up individual coaching can be added to this package to consolidate new practices.

The Transition To Leadership Know-How is a series of professional learning workshops delivered four times across the year, once per term. The 2-hour workshops can include a leadership group of up to 5 team members. Each workshop centres on two of the school’s most pressing issues and clarifies roles and leadership decisions as a unified team. Some topics that can be workshopped include: backlash to proposed changes, teacher conflict, underperformance and missed deadlines.
