The Guides On The Side team have extensive experience coaching and mentoring Early Career Teachers. They created the Meet The Standards resource after working with teachers who wanted to complete the Teacher Registration process but felt unclear and overwhelmed.

In Meet The Standards, the Guides On The Side team demystify the registration process by providing useful information, discussing their own classroom experiences, and explaining each of the Standards Their goal is to help ECTs navigate the process with ease and help Principals who want to make sure their teachers are supported to complete registration.
