This 3-hour workshop is for a leadership group of up to 5 staff members and can be done in-person or online. The workshop is designed to form a new team based on shared understanding and commitment to working together. Leadership Formation is an important investment in building trust and clarity within a new team and to mitigate against issues such as miscommunication, competing priorities and workplace tension.
