This professional learning is delivered once per term as a 2-hour workshop for a leadership group of up to 5 team members. Each workshop centres on two of the school’s most pressing issues and clarifies roles and leadership decisions as a unified team. Some topics that can be workshopped include: backlash to proposed changes, teacher conflict, underperformance and missed deadlines.
